Tobi-Kadachi

Tobi-Kadachi builds a thunder charge by rubbing against walls and trees. The charge continues until its fur glows. Knock the monster off those surfaces before the charge finishes. Inflicting Waterblight is another way to stop the charge, for a monster under Waterblight cannot charge. Keep an eye on the walls and trees it rubs, and act before the fur begins to glow.
