Mizutsune

When Mizutsune slicks up and begins to slide, strike it while it is still in the middle of that slide. A hit delivered at that moment will topple it. Bubble coats that settle on a hunter can be scrubbed away by running and rolling repeatedly. A Cleanser will remove those coats as well. Keep an eye on both the slide and any bubble coat, and act as soon as either appears.
