Amatsu

When Amatsu draws the storms in, ride a Great Wirebug and remain airborne until the tornado settles. Fire the restraining ballistae during that draw-in; doing so cancels the attack. Silkbind shots bounce from the wind barrier, so do not rely on them while the barrier holds. Stun Resistance Lv 3 stops the stuns that the tornado inflicts.
